Organizational Coaching
Dr. Littlefield provides consulting services to organizations in the form of executive coaching and relationship building. She helps organizations strengthen communication between management, staff and clients by assisting people to understand their interpersonal strengths and challenges.
Dr. Littlefield also offers executive coaching in the areas of leadership, relationship building, motivation, ethics and other areas of ongoing professional and personal development. She offers personalized assessment and coaching plans to assist managers and executives achieve their goals and maximize their career potential.
She has worked with individuals in a number of organizations within both the private and public sectors. Often with the aid of 360 and other targeted assessment techniques, Dr. Littlefield has assisted organizations in a wide range of contexts - she has provided leadership coaching within merger and transitional processes, she has assisted executives and others develop personal career development or transition plans, she has assisted organizations deal with interpersonal problems within the workplace, and she has coached CEO's regarding interpersonal issues within their own teams.
Dr. Littlefield has trained with the College of Executive Coaching in the U.S. - a well-respected and certified training program developed by a group of certified psychologist/coaches. Admission into this program is restricted to established post-graduate professionals with experience in clinical psychology or a related field . |
